Last time, the same food the dumplings were really delicious. Yesterday, a real disaster, I've been a customer here for 19 years, don't be joking anymore

Flawless 5 stars for the Ratskeller in Schneeberg. The reception was warm and friendly. The waitresses tried very hard and attentive, the restaurant was well-kept and clean. The food, sauerbraten, apple strudel and toast tasted excellent and were very nicely presented. The price / performance ratio is right, we will definitely come back again and again when we are in the area.

14.09.2020 "Mediterranean" pork schnitzel tastes good, but molded meat. Prices moderate. At the bar you should pay attention to more "beer culture" (see photo). My (marketing) tip: Less food names like Black Forest, Venice, Hamburg ... but rather the regional e.g. relate to mining. And maybe a top climber also ate his meat with herder cheese and garlic.

The Ratskeller is a noble restaurant to go out. The menu list is huge and has many typical local specialties. The waitress was friendly and served fast food and drinks. The restaurant has options to sit inside and outside.

We were served very nicely with very good food, although we didn't use the reserved table until an hour later 👍 We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately I can only give one point for the location in the middle of Schneeberg. We wanted to eat here after a concert on a warm summer evening at 9pm. The opening times are given until 10:00 p.m. But unfortunately they turned us away !? The kitchen would be closed, we should understand that they have been open since 11:00 a.m. !? Where is there such a thing? At one point people complain that there are losses due to too few guests because of the corona ordinances, on the other hand you don't use what would be possible! There were still many people on the way that evening. The few restaurants on the market were full. Of course, nobody can cook from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. But there are also possibilities to make exceptions on such days or possibilities e.g. B. to create by additional staff. By the way, the relative happened in winter for the festival of lights, they wanted to eat here at 6:00 p.m. after the uphill climb, when the kitchen was also closed. Tourist-friendly is different!

I've been eating here since I was a little boy. Whenever I was here it was delicious. I can only recommend it! Staff is very nice and the food was great. Portions are also very large and fill you up well!

So dirty and disgusting, im here as guest and last week my friend bought me food from this place and it was so salty and it smelled so bad... i couldn't reply to you, so I write it here..

We were lucky and found a spot for dinner. The service was fast and friendly. It is comfortably furnished for young and old. The locations were clean.

One is greeted by very beautiful and inviting cross vaults. Everything is very clean and looks attractive. Perhaps the warmth on October 6th had meant a little too well. In the cold season, you will certainly not freeze here. ;-) Home-style German cuisine is offered with game, fish, roast meat and various schnitzels, which taste very good. There is also a good selection of wines to choose from. The Scheurebe, for example, is highly recommended. We were served by a friendly, very well trained and elegantly reserved, experienced waitress, which was very pleasant. The prices are reasonable and not too high. All in all, really highly recommended. As a suggestion, one could perhaps think about a subtle, quiet background music in the Ratskeller, which would round off the restaurant experience.
